Digitalisation does not stop at sectors that are considered traditional. AI has thus found its way into the food sector, becoming a driver of innovation. During his research visits to the US, Prof. Dr Jacobsen examined how the future of (digital) food can be shaped through innovation management. As part of an open lecture, he will present his travel report and a tool from the Innovation Box.

Prof. Dr Björn P. Jacobsen established the Management Innovation Lab @ HOST in 2021. It focuses on the practical application of tools for innovation management. During his research visits to the US, Prof. Jacobsen focused, among other things, on how the future of (digital) nutrition can be shaped through innovation management.

To this end, he will present his travel report and a tool from the Innovation Box.
